Reviews :: God of War: Chains of Olympus | FlatOut Head On

This month's HGZine, Issue 14, has the first 10/10 game, so get along there now and find out what it is!

You'll be hard pushed to know which game it is from the list that's in the issue though, because it is packed with great quality releases. From Flatout Head On (the cover game, complete with review, interview and tips from the developers themselves) to Professor Layton, and Apollo Justice to God of War, this issue has every type of game for both DS and PSP.

GameSpot Reviews God of War: Chains of Olympus
Like Grand Theft Auto and Syphon Filter before it, God of War successfully pulls off a console experience on a handheld. Some new ideas and a better mixture of puzzles, platforming, and bosses would have been divine, but Chains of Olympus is an excellent game that delivers most of what you've been praying for--more God of War.

PSM3: Flatout Head On Review
There’s a regular Tournament mode and the opportunity to try out the minigames individually. PSM3's only gripe is the difficulty balancing. It can get incredibly tough early on, and the other drivers’ AI seems unfairly infallible. They rarely make mistakes. But if you like the idea of sending a small man through a windshield and into a giant dartboard, this is worth a look.

You'll love:
- Smooth framerates
- Tons to smash
- Arcade-style fun

You'll hate:
- Preposterous physics
- Getting used to the handling
- Unforgiving difficulty
